Scouted Traditional Offering

This product allows companies to sort and screen talent on their raw abilities and potential, on top of skills and experience. Scouted pairs you with a dedicated account manager responsible for understanding both your company and the roles you’re looking to fill. Powered by proprietary technology that evaluates candidates on nearly 250 individual data points measuring extrinsic and intrinsic qualities, Scouted curates a roster of candidates precisely tailored to your company’s needs each week until you find the right fit.

Clients typically review 15 high potential candidates before making a hire, while traditional recruiting methods review between 80-100 resumes before making a hire.

Pricing: Scouted is no harm, no foul. It is completely free to post roles, free to review candidates, and free to interview them. Only upon hiring a candidate will Scouted then charge a rate of 20% of the role’s first year salary.

Interested in saving more? You can pay only 15% on up to three hires with an upfront retainer of $5K that is non-refundable. This fee will count towards your first hire’s 15% contingency fee.

Scouted also offers a subscription model for companies looking to hire at scale. Our Business Development team will work directly with you to individually tailor a subscription model that suits your company’s individual needs.

Scouted No-Frills Pipeline
Scouted’s No-Frills Pipeline offers companies a no-hassle pipeline of interested candidates. Simply post jobs directly to our platform, and each week receive candidates who have expressed interest in a given position. There is no AI-powered calibration or Account Manager curation of interested applicants. Instead, Scouted’s standardized behavioral interviews allow companies to understand who a candidate is beyond their resume. Discover how applicants communicate, solve problems, and think critically with written and video responses.

Pricing: Scouted’s No-Frills Pipeline is a flat-fee offering that has three service levels, and it operates on an annual subscription basis. As this is a flat fee model, there is no contingency fee upon hiring a candidate sourced through the Scouted platform. 

Scouted Pro: Post up to 2 jobs per month and receive up to 50 candidates per role. $5K per annum.

Scouted Plus: Post up to 4 jobs each month and receive up to 100 candidates per role. $8K per annum.

Scouted Premium: Post as many roles as you like and receive an unlimited number of candidates per role. $15K per annum.

Scouted White Label Candidate Curation Offering
Scouted’s White Label Candidate Curation Offering assists companies with reviewing resumes they already have in-house. Scouted helps companies save time by sorting out the signal from the noise on their behalf. Partner companies simply share all the resumes for a particular role with their dedicated Scouted account manager. From there, AMs will then rank candidates and send back only those those who match the characteristics identified as most important for success. No talent is sourced from Scouted’s candidate pool in this offering.

Pricing: Scouted’s White Label Candidate Curation is a flat-fee offering that has three service levels, and it operates on an annual subscription basis. Companies can enjoy savings of up to $7K per year if they pay upfront.

Scouted Pro: Have resumes for up to 5 roles reviewed and screened over 12 months. $9K per annum. 

Scouted Plus: Have resumes for up to 10 roles reviewed and screened over 12 months. $16K per annum.

Scouted Premium: Have resumes for up to 25 roles reviewed and screened over 12 months. $35K per annum.
